I would like to add here that before getting into any Institutes few of the things which you must keep in mind are: First and foremost the recognition of the Institute (the institute must be recognized by UGC or AICTE), the course curriculum and the study material, infrastructure, whether there is faculty or online support or not, last but not least Institutes reputation in the job market for which you should visit the institute.

keshav I want to make one thing very clear to you. To get a selection depends more on your self study and hard work rather than from where you are taking coaching for preparation. Institutes like FIITJEE or M Prakash can provide you only text material and tuition to prepare. These private coaching institutes are only there to make money rather than the selection of students in IIT. If you are unable to clear IIT in 1st attempt they will suggest you to drop and attempt again and in the process make more money. Their only motto is to make profits and commercial aspect of coaching. Hence, whether you join FIITJEE or M prakash both are sam

A course in hotel management will itself be a specialised course. You can try for PIHMS, AUT and univ of Otago. If you would like to further specialise in a course you can do so by selecting it as the elective in your final semester.

Hi M.Yasaswini Teja,
If you are keen on pursuing your Masters in Event management then most of the institutes offer PG Diploma courses instead of Degree and getting MBA program in event management would be an even rarer option.
However, you can go through the following link to know about the institutes offering this course:
http://tinyurl.com/yexny4n
You may further refine the link on the basis of your location preference, Also if you are a creative person and having lot of interest you can try to get a job in an event management house and start getting hands on experience, which definitely will add a lot of value to your profile.

since you have already taken admission in BArch I advise you to complete that course first. If you will leave it now and take admission in another course then your time and money both will be wasted. Instead, finish your course with full passion and zeal. After your BArch you can do masters in arch, mba or any masters course from abroad. You will need to appear for TOEFL,GMAT etc. for that.

Hi Arpit,
Frankly speaking, although, the Universities does keep the minimum eligibility criteria just to get best out of best but yes if you have an outstanding profile, which means not only Good GMAT score, but also your academic records, your work experience (if you have got a good exposure in three years of your work experience), & great extracurricular, then you can try for EMBA .
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.
