There is no much difference between city and Kengeri campus. Everything is centralized in terms of placements, courses and other related programs. In charge faculty are different for respective campuses but faculty too keeps shuffling while taking classes. Placements are undergone in city campus, combined for both campuses. There is no differentiation for both campuses except that of the location. Both campuses offer MBA in 5 specializations namely marketing, HR, Lean operations &systems, finance and general management.
Only in terms of connectivity, city campus is better as it is almost in the centre of the city, while Kengeri campus is at the outskirts of the city.

You can be a product designer in two ways. Either you do graduation (B.Des.) in product design or post-graduation (M.Des.) in product design (PD). There are various govt. and private institutes in India which offer these courses. I will tell you about first and premier design institute of India National Institute of Design (NID).
So, if after your class 12th, you get into NID for its B.Des. course (4 years), then your first year will be foundation programme (2 semesters) and from second year you will get your specific disciplines (product design, animation design, graphic design, exhibition design, film and video communication, ceramic and glass design, textile design, furniture design, etc.). During one year of foundation programme, there will be several courses which will be common for all students. Total (both semesters) grading will be done for all students and a merit will be created. Also, you will be asked to fill a form mentioning your discipline preferences (1st, 2nd, 3rd etc.) for all remaining years. As per your merit number and preferences given, you will get your specific discipline. The problem here is, if after one year of foundation you don't get enough grades to secure PD as your final discipline, then you might end up getting other disciplines and not PD.
The second way is, you finish your graduation (10+2+4) (B.Tech/BArch/NIFT grad) and appear for M.Des. entrance exam for which you will have to mention the discipline at the time of form filling, you can apply maximum for 2 disciplines. If you get through, you will get admission in the same discipline you had applied for.

Before you enroll into a course abroad including New Zealand, please be informed that there is no job placement done by any institute or university. AIS has an outstanding student career service as per my knowledge, I will still suggest you to write to the institute for previous career output of graduates.
Regarding the integrated course you mentioned, I don't think there is any integrated course as such. They have separate bachelor degree in similar fields such as International Business, Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration among others.
