Yes, you can apply for LLB programme but before entering into these fields, check your interest and don't opt for any of them because someone told you so.

Hi,
MBA is a post grad degree whereas PGDM is a diploma. MBA is hence regulated by UGC where the syllabus may change after years whereas PGDM are industry driven. Anything that is required by the industries is updated immediately by the institutes.
IIMs provide PGDM and not MBA and the placements are evident of what to pursue.

From 2017, class 12th board marks will not be considered. It will be based only on your JEE scores. So, try to score a minimum of 60 marks for NIT, Delhi. Since JEE also has negative marking, you should also see that your answers are accurate.

There are many good colleges in India for commerce like Sri Ram College in Delhi, St. Xavier Mumbai, etc., but the requirements to get admission into these colleges is extremely high. If money is not a concern for you then apply for BA in business or economics from some American or Canadian university.

They don't offer B.Tech in Canada. The equivalent degree is BS. The top universities in Canada which offer BS are University of Toronto, University of British Columbia, McGill University, Queens University, etc. Admission is these universities is quite selective and you need to perform well at school as well as in tests like SAT or ACT. You will also need to take English proficiency test: TOEFL or IELTS.
