Of course not brother. These two fields are very different. But some CSE based companies hire people from ECE because students of ECE can take some CSE based subjects during four year engineering programme. But, it is not necessary that CSE company will hire ECE students. You have to show your skills in computers by performing some coding based problem solutions. Also, sometimes ECE and other branch students are hired as data analyst by big companies. So, it depends on companies what candidate profile are they looking for.
