While you have asked a very open question as in Canada or anywhere you may do a course related to pure sciences in physics, biology, chemistry or any programme you are interested in writing a strong reason for the passion (for ex in fashion, culinary, engineering, biological sciences, business management etc.). Practically, after a decent score in 12th, you may go for any stream but the courses where mathematics is a prerequisite after PCB.
Good luck.
