"It is not really tough. All you have to focus is on the Micro presentation topics and the latest current affairs. The eligibility vary from university to university and program to program. Basically, you must hold a Bachelor degree, some countries require a four year Bachelor degree. You must also take IELTS or TOEFL and GRE.

Part-time MBA will not be very helpful. There is not a huge difference between MBA and PGDM today. Both count equally when it comes to placements. I'll suggest you BIMHRD and SBS in Pune which are one of the top Management institutes. Try your best there.

I won't recommend Canada-based colleges with the academic profile you have. Admission chances and visa chances are also very less. Check universities in New Zealand, Australia and also in Europe.
