There is no engineering course that has more practical subjects and less theoretical, also both practical and theoretical knowledge plays important role during placements. But if you are good at analysis and calculations, you can choose mechanical engineering because it has more subjects that has numeric problems.

professional courses like CA,CA,CS,Actuaries
or get work experience and do certificate courses like CFP,CCRA

The average salary of KIAMS is Rs 5.35 lakhs per annum as mentioned on the website.It's the placement of this current year in which till now the highest package is Rs 8 lakhs but most of the companies are coming with a package of Rs 5-5.5 lakhs per annum.

Commerce wd maths gives you just three more options which are b.com hons, bca and eco hons. Except this you can do all possible courses like bba, bcom pass, bba + mba, CA,CS,Icwa etc.

Yes its good to be in IBS Bangalore . but if you have an opportunity to be in IBS HYDERABAD you can go for that also.
Average package for IBS -B is 5.50-6 l.

You have high chances to make it to the selected list.You have to wait till 16th for the updated list to come.If you convert than you have to submit 3lakh within 10 days of the list through cheque/DD or RTGS through the process mentioned in the selection mail.Other details will be mentioned in the selection mail itself. for the time being u can keep the arrangement of the 3L ready.

For the licence in your guide profession you need to contact to IITTM that's a govt colleges and having good name in market otherwise you can do Master of travel & tourism if you want to enter into tourism industry with lots of options.
