It's quite puzzling as to why you are expecting only 35 marks in JEE Mains when you are expecting 80% in your 12th. Have a positive attitude. Dream big.
With 35 marks, you can perhaps get admission only via management quota of a private engineering college.

Regular B.Tech involves attending full-time classes and is completely college-oriented. There are strict disciplines regarding the percentage of attendance to be maintained by the student. These rules are regulated and monitored by the university to which the college is affiliated.
