Based on your graduation, you choose the specialisation. If you are B.Com, B.Tech, B.Sc. maths, etc. choose finance and operations, else, you can go for marketing, etc.

It's quite puzzling as to why you are expecting only 35 marks in JEE Mains when you are expecting 80% in your 12th. Have a positive attitude. Dream big.
With 35 marks, you can perhaps get admission only via management quota of a private engineering college.

Regular B.Tech involves attending full-time classes and is completely college-oriented. There are strict disciplines regarding the percentage of attendance to be maintained by the student. These rules are regulated and monitored by the university to which the college is affiliated. If you wish to pursue B.Tech without attending classes, then you need to opt for distance/ correspondence course.
