It completely depends on your interest.
But I will suggest you to do MBA because it will provide you good career options and good placements. If you choose good colleges for MBA, you will get good placements as well. MCA is also a good option.

Last year, cut-off at MITSOM was 137 and PUMBA's cut-off was 140 for MBA. Therefore, be positive in applying for the best colleges.

This is purely based on the subjects you choose - like if you choose finance MBA (Banking /insurance sector), if you choose HR (corporate MNCs), and so on. So, it is all about the subject you choose. Decide on the subject specialisation. Visit the college website to see the options of subjects available.

There is no link of scholarship or no need to obtained any sponsor letter from anyone.
These 2 categories depend on percentage on PCM of class 12th. Like in computer science for a non-sponsor category, the minimum percentage is 70 percentage in PCM and for sponsor category is min 65%.
In sponsor category, the percentage will be relaxed by 5 percentage and fee will be high.
