You can go for distance learning programme from various colleges such as IGNOU, Delhi University, Amity University, and SMU, and then go for coaching classes for UPSC in Delhi or in anywhere which is easily assessable for you.

Yes, there are TSM students who have failed in semester exams and have CGPA less than 5.0 (minimum eligible CGPA is 5 to sit placements for most of the companies visiting TSM). Placements are not dull and here in TSM it is better than the outside job crisis scenario. No, proper mix of jobs is being offered in TSM.

IIM prefers GMAT for executive MBA but some of them like IIM Bangalore also prefers GRE. So, you must opt for GMAT if you are not targeting any particular IIM which also considers GRE.

You can fill the application form of the college and then apply. You will then get a call from the college for the GD-PI and then you have to give your interview. If you get selected then you will be welcomed in the college and then you just have to do your documentation and submit your DD and can join ITM.
