Normally, they do accept Diploma for entry into Bachelor's degree courses. You will find the requirements on college websites, it is difficult to mention names since there are so many. You must take the IELTS also.

Hello dear, Class 12th through NIOS is equivalent to passing 12th through CBSE, ICSE or State Board. Depending on the subjects in class 12th, all the options will be open for you. NIOS has a diverse choice of subjects and based on your interest and what you would like to do in the future, choose them with care. The books prescribed are also made very scientifically, allowing for studying on your own. So, don't worry and choose subjects of your choice and clear them. Yes, you may get better placements. Yes, of course. It provide this course. This programme was offered as a full mode. The eligibility is 12 with PCM or PCB or PCMB, you can pursue the course. Minimum percentage required is 45 in 12 and admission is based on entrance test please check this link for more details.
