Yes of course you can go for Economics Honors along with CA although the combination of B.COM+CA is highly recommended since Economics is more of economy and related principles concepts whereas CA is totally inclined towards the Accountancy side.

-The cut off marks for MBA may not apply as Jadavpur university does not seem to offer full time MBA rather its affiliated college such as IBM offers 3 year part time evening MBA.There is no official information about cut off on the Jadavpur University website.
-However, if you mean entrance exam cut off for IBM ,then an 80/85 percentile in MAT is a/500 +composite score in MAT is a good score in addition to other eligibility criteria such as JEMAT.Please contact the university/college officials for more exact cut off details.
