-It seems that you are referring to JBAS,which (according to the institute website)was formerly called SIET College for women.If yes, then yes, JBAS offers BBA program.

eg symbi don't need entrance exam and some other college need it

To study M.Tech in India you have to qualify GATE(graduate aptitude test in engineering).
For this you should have the following qualification:
You have to be an Indian citizen
You should have a graduation in engineering
or a master degree in any branch of science.
The candidate must complete Post graduation
So that you can not apply for Mtech
