In order to pursue Phd, from universities abroad, you need to first of all make a list of the universities that you aspire for, then send emails to respective course department, asking them to provide you the eligibility criteria and selection procedure for PHD students.
It may take three to six years to complete your PHD, depending on the field you select and your mentor.

if u are already working then only u can opt for executive MBA otherwise u should go for correspondance MBA or distance MBA. there are so many colleges from where u can apply for PGDM or KSOU or other as AIMA courses with ur own interested specialization.
