Dear Dhananjay Sharma,
As my views you can not switch in PCM. If you wanna study for Technical education go for Diploma in Engineering. Its equal to 10+2. After complete it you may appear in B.E. 2nd year. I know its take two year more but after Diploma you may apply for Job.
Best of Luck.

As they say "the journey itself is the real pleasure, not the destination". Science is about asking logical questions and trying to figure out the right answers to your questions. Now, what does it take to be a scientist? - Knowledge, the craving for more knowledge, the attitude to love challenges, tenacity (my favourite) and a little bit of arrogance (yes, you need it sometimes to prove your point). Its good that you have already decided your higher secondary stream. It doesn't matter where you study your +2. Don't take up higher secondary school far from home. Study well, and fetch good marks; both in 10th and 12th boards. Then you should ask which college you must go to pursue higher studies. All the best !!

Hi Gaurab, you have not mentioned if you have any reservation.
Therefore.I will be answering it in general sense. If you are from general category. Then you will have to try some other college. If from OBC then you might just get into DTU but the branch wouldn't be that good. But if you are from SC or.ST category then you will get what is called a mid range branch in DTU like civil engineering Etc.
