If you meet admission requirements, you can pursue the same. Every program and university has different admission requirements. Typically, you must meet academic requirements , take the IELTS or TOEFL, have a good statement of purpose and recommendation letters.

SASTRA University takes admission through two streams.
As you have appeared for JEE exams you should apply for stream 1. The admission is done by converting both of your JEE scores and board exam marks into a percentile. Means JEE marks 30% and 12th scores 70%.
There is no need to apply separately for stream 2 which includes only board exam marks.
You have qualified JEE Mains and if you have around 90-95% then you are sure to get admission.

For IEM you need to score less than 4000 rank in WBJEEE or less than 40000 rank in JEE Mains, if you find yourself in any of the categories you will easily get CSE at IEM.
