You can almost all the branches in almost all the colleges but not the top NITs like Trichy and Warangal. Other than these, you can get almost all the NITs till the last round or in the spot round.

As far as my knowledge is concerned, both courses are nice career growth, We can't say that sap is best and CCNA is best. So, I would like to suggest that find out your interest level what do you actually want to learn.

Unfortunately, I don't have this information because the university doesn't disclose this information, but it varies every year. So, I would suggest you to give your best in the JEE Mains and then contact the college authority to know if the marks achieved by you are good enough to get admission or not.

No because no college in Pune gives admission through JEE Mains score. You should appear for MHCET to get admission in Pune or you can pay and get management quota seat.

You are not eligible to seek admission in B.Tech based on your CEC (commerce, economics, computers) subjects at 10+2 as to do engineering in India, you are required to have physics, chemistry and maths as subject in 10+2. However, you are eligible to do BCA-MCA degree courses to become a technical resource in computer science field.

Some Indian universities allow any graduate to do MA degree course. However, it depends on which subject you want to do MA. You may first decide in the subject in which you want to do MA and then review various universities or targeted university website for eligibility criteria.

For government colleges in Pune or its region you need to take MHCET exam, however if you want private one's then you can take admission through JEE Mains.
