Yes, the JEE preparation books are more than enough for IISER. All the exams for IISERs are designed to test very basic concepts. Most questions are on the easier side if you are preparing for JEE.

Yes, you will but this is the newest campus of VIT and last year students got CSE below 1 Lacs rank easily and I think its not better option to take admission in Bhopal campus because fees structure similar to VIT, Vellore and Chennai campus somewhat. And, its infrastructure not fully completed and still its under development
