There is no specified MAT cut-off for Doon University. However, some say that a score of around 85 is a safe bet. Others say that the passing percentile is between 20 and 30. 

Doon University admits students based on entrance exams. The university publishes a cutoff/merit list after exam results are announced.

That's true, it all depends on your interest but one should always check the growth with respect to the subject. There has been saturation with respect to CSE but still some exceptions are there. You can opt for electrical or mechanical too which is still growing rapidly.
