Don't Panic if you haven't studied full theory syllabus. Focus on what you have Studied. Revise that concept. Practice as many questions as you can. Remain calm. Devote your full remaining time to studies till the exam. As 4 days are coming study as much as you can. Clear your concepts and if any query is there ask the teachers. During the exam answer the questions first that you know answers about or can love it in case of Maths. After completing this, turn to questions you don't know the answer of. Apply this method. Depends on what college you want admission into. You can get into a lot of NITs with that rank, mainly you will be able to get branches such as Mechanical, Electrical, Civil. Cut off for CSE and ECE is generally very low for NITs so chances you get those branches are low, but you can hope to get one of those branches in internal shuffling once you secure admission into a college.

Don't choose branches on the basis of your secured rank. But choose according to your interest.
It will totally depend on you that which branch you will going to choose for future. Make sure that the branch you will choose is suitable to you so that in 1 year you did not regret after taking the branch. All branches have good scope in future and in all branches you are going to have various job opportunities.
