From the above detail you provided it is clear that you should go for MCA as you are from maths background and in MCA you have to study maths which you have already studied in your Bsc(Maths).In MCA there are many subjects related to web programming and MCA students also get good placement as compared to MscIT students even Bsc(maths) student can do better than BCA students in MCA.
So in My opinion you should go for MCA.

There are many universities like Amity, SRM, Lovely Professional University, Manipal etc that take into consideration both the marks in 12th as well as JEE. Not only this they are offering scholarships to students on the basis of either of the two. All these universities have world class infrastructure and offering a whole lot of facilities to students for their all round development.
