Hi Utkarsh,
I am surprised by your question. Why are you thinking about a high package even before getting admission in a college. I think package shouldn't be the driving force for your future course of action. Package will matter only after 2-3 years of job. For a start, you should look for your interest. Choose a career option which you think suits you, but, not on the basis of package.

As per last year's cut off, no college under DU offers B.COM (H) to candidates scoring below 85% in class XII. However, I can suggest you the following colleges for B.COM program-
1. Aditi Mahavidyalaya College
1st list- 77 - 82
2nd list- 75 - 80
2. Bhagini Nivedita College
1st list- 78
2nd list- 72
3rd list- 70
3. Sri Aurobindo Evening College
1st list- 79 - 84
