You have not mentioned what you intend to do after your 12th? Why do you want to waste one year? What i can guess is that with science background you intend to go for Engg.or Medicine.
With these good marks in 12th you can easily get direct admission in B.Tech in any of the reputed universities like SMU, SRM, LPU, MR etc. Not only this many of these universities are also offering scholarships to students on the basis of their marks in 12th.
Apart from this many of these universities are also offering B.Tech courses for students with medical background like B.Tech biotech./ nanotech./ food tech./ agri.engg.etc

your subjects in 12th should be physics,chemistry and biology.
Here the list of entrance exams in which you can appear for taking admission in this course are.

-To become an automotive engineer :
1) You need to pursue engineering degree / diploma first with a strong base in Science and Mathematics.
2) After graduation you can go for M.E./M.Tech in Automobile engineering.
