Well it depends in where you live or about which part of india you are talking about.
there are planty of good institutes and ofcours every one will tell you they are the best so the most trustable source will be your friend circle discuss with them and you will find out a good one.
Now in refrence of your comment if you are not good in Maths but have interest in computers then you can choose BCA and also you can't ignore maths if you choose BCA but maths are required more if you planned to do MCA.
BBA is also good.
Both these fields are completly different so can't compare them the only advise i can give you is if you have intere

The fee in management quota is always much higher then the regular fee. I would suggest you to take admissions in some other top rated management institute. Now the trend is changed, instead of management quota seats people are look for scholarship schemes as there are lots of options with students.
