Hi,
If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then in order to get admission in this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
The selection process in B-schools generally consists of :
- Past Academic record.
- Scores in entrance tests.
- Group Discussion.
- Personal Interview.
- Work experience.
Please note that each B-schools shortlists candidates for second stage of selection which may be independent of each other.
The process may include
- Written Test (WT).
- Group Discussions (GD)
- Personal Interviews (PI).

A s you have not secure good percentage in your 12th standard
so i don't think you can pursue B.tech course in any good college as for that atleast 60% of marks is required but there are several other colleges which ask percentage between
45% to 50% in 12th standard and you must have completed your 12th with Physics,Chemistry,Maths as compulsory subjects for pursuing B.tech.So you can try in them.
