Sourav this depends upon the cutoff. In case you don't get admission in a good institute in your state you can try for admission in some of the private universities on the basis of your UPTU rank as certain private universities do honour the ranks of other states' board tests scores/ranks.
Good luck.

Dear RPET's cut off rank for last year has to checked from the university only. As for fees, check the link below
http://jecrcuniversity.edu.in/engineering-admission-process
In case you don't get a good college on the basis of your RPET rank in your state then go for Lovely Professional University. I have heard that they offer admissions to students on the basis of ranks of other state boards too.
Good luck.

Surely you are going to get admission a good university on the basis of this rank.
You can also try for admission on the basis of your WBJEE rank in Lovely Professional University. I have heard that they offer admissions to students on the basis of ranks of other state boards too. You can also hope of scholarship on the basis of this rank as I have seen their advertisements that they are also offering good scholarships to students.
Good luck.

Ankur your query is not clear.
You can join MBA from any reputed private university. Most universities offer MBA through regular as well as distance mode. CAT/ MAT/ XAT are the most popular tests for admission in MBA program. Most of the universities offer admissions on the basis of CAT/ MAT exams.
In case you didn't write the CAT/ MAT exam you still can get admission in MBA. As there are universities that offer admission in MBA through their own exams or GDPI or marks in graduation.
Good luck.

Hi Jaydeep,
I would recommend you appear for IELTS once again to avoid visa rejections. Having said that I require your educational background and scores along with your desired course to provide you with apt solution.
