1. ICWA (Institute for Cost and Work Accountants) course is divided mainly in three stages:
Foundation Course
Intermediate course
Final course
2. Eligibility Criteria:
• candidate must have appeared/ appearing 10+2 level from the recognized board and also above 17 years of age to be eligible for this foundation and certificate part i course.
• candidate must have done graduation in any discipline or must pass the foundation programme to be eligible for the Intermediate course.

After completing B.Com you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.Com etc)
However as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing B.com and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects.

Hi,
If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks.
So without completing graduation you cannot get admission in this program.However after completing class 12th you may consider pursuing integrated MBA program (BBA+MBA).
The duration of this program is 5 years, in order to pursue this program you need to be 12th pass from any stream with good academic record preferably 50% marks in class 12th, plus you need to take entrance test conducted by various institutes.

Sure, you can study further after BCom. However, I am not sure which course you are looking at. Design is a field that is age old and has been evolving every year like science. Again like science it pays to be at the cutting edge. For e.g. science students do better if they go for CS or IT since that are areas where development is taking place rapidly.
