If you are financially strong then I would suggest you to go abroad and study hospitality. Preferably in Switzerland (but to remind its super expensive), Australia, China(Les Roches Jin Jiang), Hong Kong (Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Chinese University of Hong Kong).
But if you aren't financially sound, then I would recommend you to prepare for NCHM JEE (National Council For Hotel Management- Joint Entrance Examination) which conducts examination every year in April.
After examination, there would be counseling and you would be given colleges of your choice depending on how well have you done.
