MBBS in China and Medical Degree of Russia, Ukraine, Europe, US, Philippines etc. are valid. These are less expensive compared to medical education in India.
This factor attracts Indian students to prefer China / Russia / Philippine etc. for medical education.
In some of theses countries, medical degree is issued as "MD in Gen. Practice / Physician". Please understand that this is only basic medical degree and not a Masters Degree. In India, MD is a Masters level program.

These are the following courses:
1.CA
2.CS
3.ICWA
4.B.com-P
5.LAW
6.B.com(Hons.)
7.BBA
8.B.Sc IT
9.BCA
As you have maths and computer you can go for any course among these.You can have a great career if you do hard work.
If you are Interested in maths then you can do CA but only if you are ready to do hard work. If you are interested in computer and maths both then go for B.Sc IT or BCA.Before taking decision first think that what you want to became.
