I see that many students get confused with the different names provided by the different institutes for the same course and you are no exception. Computer Engineering and Computer Science Engineering refer to the same course. No course can guarantee you good placements. While it's the college's responsibility to bring in as many relevant companies as possible, getting placed in the company depends on the skills and knowledge of the student. B.Sc Bio-Chemistry – The candidates need to have qualified 12th Board Exams with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology subjects securing at least 55% and more marks in aggregate of three subjects and 50% marks in English as a compulsory language paper. The selection for admissions in these programmes will be based on the calculation of aggregate marks in PCMB subjects.

Eligibility criteria depends on the university. In many Universities including Amity Institute of Food Technology, Eligibility requirement is PCM ( PCB permitted at Amity) with minimum of 60% aggregate for Non sponsored & 55% for Sponsored category. At National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management, subject combinations in the qualifying examination shall be Physics, Mathematics and one of the subjects from Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science and Bio-technology. Candidates must secure atleast 50% marks in aggregate of all subjects. Besides the candidate must have appeared in JEE (Main).

Dear Prashant,
We do not give admission based on board exam results. The minimum eligibility is 50% in 10+2 in best 4 with English. If you have those marks, you are eligible to apply. You will need to register online by paying Rs 500 and appear for Banking Aptitude test and Personal Interview. If you have suitable aptitude for banking and finance sector, you will surely get selected.

1. Watch a hell lotta movies. The better your understanding about film, the better your chances at cracking the essay.
2. Start watching movies which are critic acclaimed. Neorealism, contemporary, etc. There are a lot of movies that are kind of a must watch so that you have a basic understanding of why films are made.

If not interested in m.sc you may either go for mba in rural management or PGP from IIMs as per your further interests. Companies like ITC, Monsanto, Cargill etc recruit for commercial farming.
