If you have interest in journalism, you can do the BJMC. The 12th marks and background hardly matters. The main thing is your interest and passion. Journalism is a course about your passion, you need to active 24*7. If you are capable of this, you can take admission in BJMC. College has overall 8th rank in India according to India Today magazine.

You have passed class 12th exam. If so, then you can apply for JEE papers.
Admission to DTU is done on the basis of JEE Mains examination. So, firstly you have to appear for it then get marks beyond cutoff then apply for JAC Delhi Counselling, and fill DTU branches, as your priority. If you get you name allotted any branch then you are good to go.

If you want to do BBM then you have to be 12th pass from any stream with good marks most of the colleges have criteria thar the students should atleast have 45%-50% in 12th, plus you also need to take entrance exams.

If you have given IEMJEE, then you can take admission through it. But, if you have not given IEMJEE, you need to talk to the admission office with your WBJEE or JEE Mains rank. You can get admission in this procedure. But, you need to remember that you can't get admission through WBJEE counseling process. You need to directly approach the admission office for admission through WBJEE.
