The admission to Andhra University has been conducted via Andhra Pradesh EAMCET exam. Based on the candidates' scores, the Andhra University cutoff 2024 has been published by the institute based on first and last-round. First of all, clear a few things- WBUT is not a board, it is a university, its full name is West Bengal University of Technology. Colleges cannot function or award degrees to its students without the affiliation of any University. That's why most of the engineering colleges of West Bengal are affiliated to WBUT.

All the three are good career options but I will suggest you to follow your interest. If you have interest in physical Science, then you should choose B.Sc. Physics otherwise you can choose Maths or CS. You are not eligible to seek admission in MBA based on your current educational qualification. Diploma in Engineering is not equivalent to a graduation degree. You are advised to first gain graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university to seek admission in MBA.

94000 is still very less because previous two years admissions for NITs and IIT according to JEE Mains rank never crossed above 12000 (2016-cut off 12000 and 2015-cut off 11000), better to go for NIT.

Scholarships in MIT are need-based that is offered basis your financial background. Quite obviously you will be considered for a scholarship once you have been shortlisted and you will need an extraordinary profile to be considered. IIT JEE Advanced is not even required. You must take the SAT and SAT subject tests and the TOEFL. Apart from a very high academic percentile in 12th you must have an all-rounder profile and must have good scores in the SAT and TOEFL.
