BFM course refers to Bachelor in financial markets which is a three year specialization course offered by Mumbai University. It mainly deals with financial markets, markets behavior, etc.
BAF refers to Bachelor in Accountancy and Finance which is also a three year specialization course offered by Mumbai University.
If one has affinity to accounting, book keeping, economics and pursuing CA or some professional degree I would suggest to opt for BAF as course curriculum is defined in similar way to that.
If you want to learn about stock market behavior, capital markets functioning and want your career in similar direction you should opt for

Yes, Sastra University gives admissions through JEE marks. Your 70% marks of JEE and 30% marks that you scored in class 12th are counted. You can definitely get admissions in Sastra University, if you score well.

Both PGDM and MBA are similar degrees with nomenclature difference. You are advised to select between both MBA and PGDM based on B-School ranking not name of degree. You have not mentioned whether it is JEE Main or WBJEE rank. In case of JEE Main you can easily get admission with this rank. However, you will not get a seat in CSE with this rank in WBJEE in Heritage Institute of Technology.

Hi, Cardiff Business School is a reputed one in UK. However for placement and job , it is hard to say as UK now has very tough rules for international students. You will get a period of 6 months to stay and look for a job for 6 months. Whether your visa will extended even if you get a job is also not guaranteed. So please check with the school directly and clarify your doubts before applying. Ask for career assistance they provide.
