In case, you don't get DY Patil, don't settle for some mediocre college. Instead of settling down for some mediocre college, it would be better if you try for some good private university. Many reputed private universities are offering B.Arch. They have their different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of NATA and some offer admission on the basis of both. Some even offer direct admission on basis of class 12th marks. Some of the universities also offer scholarships on basis of your performance in class 12th, JEE or NATA. You can check the details of any of the reputed universities like VIT, Lovely, SRM, etc. All these universities have the wonderful infrastructure and world-class facilities to offer to students apart from good placements.

MHCET or Maharashtra Common Entrance Test is conducted by the DTE (Directorate of Technical Education), Maharashtra for admissions to first year Engineering and Technology programmes (BE/B.Tech) and Pharmacy programmes (B.Pharma/Pharma. D) in the state. To register for MHCET 2018, candidate have to visit the official website and do the following:
Click "MHT-CET-2018 Registration" and fill-in the online form. The information to be provided includes personal details such as name, email id, mobile number, course, etc. Candidates then need to upload a recent colour passport size photograph and signature. Applicants will be prompted to enter his/her valid email id, mobile No. And a password on the first login and these must be carefully noted and retained for all future correspondence with MHTCET Office.
