Maths is not necessary but knowledge in maths can be an added advantage as in fashion designing you require geometry for designing clothes in 3D like rotations, reflexion, etc. The basic eligibility is minimum 50% or above in class 12th from any recognised board. In some good institutes like NIFT, NID, etc. Have their own entrance exams to be cleared by the candidates along with the aforementioned criteria to get selected.

In order to secure admission in Aditya College of Design Studies, you can directly apply to the college. There is no entrance exam as such. However, there might be an interview to check your eligibility for the course.

Candidates who want BArch admissions at CMR University have to clear entrance exams such as NATA, JEE Mains. Moreover, candidates also need to clear the eligibility criteria.
