Although, both the Institutes are decent but when it comes to recognition Symbiosis has only DEC recognition but Amity has both DEC and UGC recognition so, better option would Amity. However, as suggested by Amit you can also consider Universities like IGNOU, Annamalai University, IMT etc. which are not only recognized but also have better standing in the market.
However, I would like to add here that in case you are fresher you should opt for Full time MBA programme as it only gives you better exposure but also gets you the better job opportunities, whereas Distance learning programmes are for those working professionals who have more than 5 years of experience and looking for a designation jump within their current organization or industry.

The most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your career stream is your own interests and career aspirations. However, MCA & MBA both are good but if you are technology savvy and want to make a career in technology and related areas like programming, software development, network administrator etc. you can go for MCA, on the other hand if you want to get into Management related field or get to the managerial positions like project management etc. you can opt for MBA.
I would like to add here that if you want to get a good return on your investment advisable would be that you should go for a full time MBA through a decent B-School like FMS, MDI, and IMT etc. Same I would suggest for MCA as full time programme always hold better position than a distance learning programme.

That is not true Amritansh. NZ ers are generally very friendly people. I feel that what some Indians in NZ perceive as racisim is simply their lack of understanding of the NZ culture and way of life at times they simply do not want to understand the NZ culture because they go with the mindset that their culture is the good and theirs is bad now honestly this is not a good mindset to carry to another country where u will be a guest for some time and which u perhaps intend to make your home.
Also, racism is just a form of discrimination on the basis of race. In India, there still exists (even in top notch organizations and among the so called educated elites) discrimination on so many counts caste, community, the state u belong to, color of your skin etc. So are we not biased people then?
The bottom line is that if you are good at the work you do, you will definitely be recognized for it in NZ. That is why so many Asians have prospered in NZ.
