Although, both the Institutes are decent but when it comes to recognition Symbiosis has only DEC recognition but Amity has both DEC and UGC recognition so, better option would Amity. However, as suggested by Amit you can also consider Universities like IGNOU, Annamalai University, IMT etc. which are not only recognized but also have better standing in the market.

The most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your career stream is your own interests and career aspirations.
