Frankly speaking not very good technical Job. First u decide whether u like to go in technical line or marketing line? If u want in technical line and u want some post graduation still u must have to get certified according with latest industry trends.cos Degree will provide theoretical based knowledge according to their syllabus only. Hi Pallavi,
Frankly speaking there are not many good Institutes which you can apply to at this point of time that too without any Entrance Examination. Although, Amity is a decent UGC recognized University but there are many good options other than Amity available in Delhi/NCR giving MBA HR like FMS, MDI, IMT, Fore School of Management etc. but for any of these institutes you need to appear for CAT.

One good option for doing PhD is Nz, where students pay home tuition fee (INR 1.5 lacs per annum) and the living expense is low comparatively at INR 3.5 lacs per annum.
To pursue PhD you need to first prepare your research proposal and send it to the university. The research proposal must include a summary of the proposal and then the proposal in detail. You need to write the topic, reason for doing research, how the research will be beneficial to the community and the universit
