HI Suganya, University of Leipzeg requires 2 years of experience. they expect students to have a 4 yr degree. IELTS - 6.0.
There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly. Thedeadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /Aprilintake is in July. Hence, youwill need to make an early application.

read one or two newspapers daily. choose the optional subject from ur graduation (from which u r going through). subscribe some magazines which could provide u some material regarding upsc. join some coaching classes if possible, but it is not compulsory. download previous papers and start practicing.

JNU Conducts its own Entrance test for MCA. there is very huge competition in JNU MCA entrance exam. so you have to study very hard to get clear. MCA of JNU is best in India.

You cant go for higher studies as the PGDM is not approved by AICTE. PGDM is equalent to mBA if the course duration is 2 yrs and the total contact hrs have to be a minimum of 120 hrs.
