Irrespective of the stream (Arts/Science/Commerce), a candidate who has passed 10+2 level examination without taking Physics/Mathematics/Business Mathematics/Computer Science/Information Technology/Informatics Practices/Multimedia & Web Technology as one of the optional subjects with 50% or more (36% marks SC/ST/OBC/SOBC Category) in aggregate without any approximation is eligible to seek admission to BCA Course, subject to the condition that he/she has qualified the BCA Eligibility Test (BCAET-2011).

As stated earlier the specialist courses such as in VLSI may not be readily offered by German Universities. In UK Bournemouth offer the course as a specialisation.
Embedded Systems as queries by you earlier is offered by Sussex University in the UK.
At others the specialisation of your interest may not be available so you may have to go for general electronics course and choose one of the modules (to specialise in) offered by the Universities.
Other good universities well known for offering electronic courses in UK are : Southampton univ, Manchester univ, Univ college London, Aston univ, Sheffield univ, Essex univ.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex ), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6 min for UG courses and 6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.
