As u have been preparing for CA for a long time it will not be good for u to completely change ur field. My advice is that if u r facing time problem go for CS. It will be a better option.

If Journalism interests you do your Masters in Mass Communication & Journalism from a good Grade A university like Nitte University, Mangalore or Manipal University, Udupi or Jamia or SIMC, Pune. Nitte University is perhaps offering scholarships too. Call 09663063388 to find out about admissions there. Their fees are also low. But of course, All these Universities are good but Jamia is the best and most economical of these.

As per your query, it seems that your long term goal is to pursue MBA, so regarding this please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleat 50% marks in graduation plus you need to take various management entrance tests like CAT,MAT,XAT, SNAP,etc.
However as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing BBA and then opt for a full time MBA or PGDM program, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
