I may not agree completely with Mahesh16675 about B.Com is all about wasting time but instead this will definitely provide you a base to upgrade or transit your career. As for the Graphic designing is concerned, there is a lot of scope in this field if you are a creative person then sky would be a limit to attain success.
There rarely are any institutes offering degree in graphic designing however, you can definitely look for diploma/ certificate courses and develop your skill set at par to the quality required.

In order to pursue Phd, from universities abroad, you need to first of all make a list of the universities that you aspire for, then send emails to respective course department, asking them to provide you the eligibility criteria and selection procedure for PHD students.
It may take three to six years to complete your PHD, depending on the field you select and your mentor.
The general eligibility criteria for PHD students are as follows:
In majority of the institutes, Master's Degree is an essential pre-requisite for a Ph.D.
It is important that you have good scores in common entrance tests such as GRE and English Language examinations like TOEFL.
Internships or other work experience will add to your qualifications
Ph.D. course work essentially includes research and documentation work. This requires large amounts of money. In addition to this, you have to consider living expenses for the entire duration of the course. The annual expenses of most Ph.D. students are about $28,000-$40,000 per year

2. Marketing does not mean Direct Marketing/ Sales but also involves Inhouse Sales, Customer Care/ Customer Relationship Management (CRM), etc. which is an inhouse profile and your experience in marketing for the past three years is not wasted.
Choose your line of Area and then pursue a Certificate/ Training to excell in that, so that your effort gains fruits for your professional upliftment.
