see kumarjit.i wont tell u to join hm course from iihm.better go for ihm colleges in india see iihm is aff. to thames univercity from edinburg.and for sure they are giving degree for higher fee approx would be 160000 pa. which is qui e more.this inst. is upcoming one and also have lots of oppurtinities.better try for ihm or else go for this one.gives good placemnent also all the best

Hi Pattabi, it is impossible to study further or work without writing any competitive exams. This is possible only in country from where you have pursued MBBS. So you can continue for MD in China if you would like.
If you want to practise in India even, you need to appear for the screening test.
Am sorry it will not be possible without any registration exams and competitive tests.
