well one always faces such problems in studies. if one opts for BTech, he gets all new subjects which he has never studied. same is the case with management. SO i would say, start learning and put effort. that would help you. as far as help is concerned, i would say that you better pick up 11th and 12th standard accounting books, finish them first to get your concepts correct and then proceed further. all the very best.

Nakul. In my opinion, the best option for you is to study the Company Secretary course offered by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. This course extensively covers company laws, tax laws, financial accounting, forex management, securities law etc. This course alongwith the existing BBA and LLB degrees will offer you a wider scope than a MBA. Give me a thumbs up if you are satisfied with this answer.

it's good you got 16 yrs of experience, the best thing according to me is you can go for PhD or MS level course in MCA. But MS program in Inida is little hidden due to it's poor infrastructure and and awareness about the course by the people. So, PhD is best option if you are willing to conduct it in India, entry requirements for doctorate degrees by most of the universities include good academic background at masters level(post graduate degree). The duration of the coursework and thesis for award of the degree is about 5 years.
Eligibility for doing Ph.D is First Class or minimum 60% marks (GCPA 6.5 on 10 point scale) in relevant areas
