Both ICWAI and ACCA are incomparable to one another as the two are different entities. Although it is not possible for some one else to tell you 'How' the course can benefit as you have already enrolled for the programs and must have thought well before opting for it.
But since you have inquired all I can say is that CWA will help you to work independently or serve the company in the finance accounting, also ACCA will definitely add a lot of value to a more of a career oriented ACCA certification. Age is not a constraint, you may apply to the companies depending on the vacancies available.
