Yes it does the subject as an elective but not as a specialization. You would be pursuing the normal masters in engineering degree but will be studying this subject as an elective.

Considering your previous experience in NGO, I would suggest that your sister can opt for further education in disciplines like Masters in Social Work, Masters in Public Health. Other than this she can also Master in her previous specialization i.e. Zoology.
