You need to finish your internship in BDS.
There is a written examination for the same and once you qualify for the exam you are eligible for Masters in public health and MBA.

Yes,off course,u change your field any time.If you are doing software testing,then it is better for your career.It is very high demanded course in many large company in india.I am suggest to you join Software testing from any best Institute.But most important that u have prefect in any language.That is required from all company.Because in this course are required that any professional or student have any language experience or knowledge.
