You can apply directly for the bachelors in engineering degree in computer science. In order to make it to a good university, you should have atleast 80% and above in class 12th with physics, chemistry and maths as primary subjects, along with atleast 7.5 CGPA in your diploma or 75% and above.

As you have mentioned that you had left your course in mid of the tenure and now wish to continue it further from where you had left, this may be difficult as most of the University require re-registration which means that you would have to start afresh with the course, yet as this may udepend from one institute to another and provisions available with the same; I would suggest you to contact the University directly as this being the most relevant source to inquire if you can continue the degree from where you had left earlier.
