Hi Ritesh,
Enhancing your education is always a good option but you must be focused about your career goals. After doing B.Sc and M.Sc in Biotechnology, doing MCA is a very drastic decision for which you should think with a calm mind and focused approach. If you have such a strong passion for IT you should have chosen it in the your graduation itself & if the passion has developed after starting your M.Sc then there is something wrong somewhere, so I would suggest analyse your decision first and then go further.
However, you can do MCA along with M.Sc but onlt through distance education.
Hope this resolve your query. Feel free to put up m

The real estate management discipline deals with four major areas: marketing and financial aspects, tenant and occupancy, facilities of property, and administration and risk.
Real estate management teaches students effective ways to manage, administer and sell property owned by another party or entity. Professionals may handle all aspects related to a property, from finding potential buyers, maintaining house integrity, or making sure tenants respect their contractual obligations. Managed properties include residential and vacation properties, commercial retail space or industrial warehouse space.
Here, I am suggesting some institute of

Hi Rhea,
Although, almost all the private Institutes have a quota system but different Institutes will have different criteria to select students for the paid seats. I would like to advise you that before plunging into any such private college which says it has a Management quota or paid seats confirm its standing in the job market. Secondly, never go through the consultants for such schools as at times it is fraud. So please confirm and opt for only those B-Schools or colleges which have a seperate Mangement quota or paid seats and have a documentary proof for it.
Hope this resolve your query. Feel free to put up more queries. In case

Hi Sindhuja,
First of all I would like to congratulate you on getting a high score on MAT. However, all the good B-schools do have the provision of Scholarships for exceptionally outstanding students, but the fee structure of good B-Schools mostly would be at higher side. If you are looking for low fee Institutes then I would suggest you to go for Government (UGC funded) Institutes as they are more economical as compare to private Institutes.
