The Post Graduate Diploma in Pre-Primary Teachers Training (PGDPTT) from Symbiosis is not recognised by Joint Committee of UGC-AICTE-DEC, However all the programs provided by Symbiosis SCDL are approved by DEC. Its a one year program and practical training is a part of the program as despite the distance mode of delivery, enough chances for hands-on experience of teaching pre-school classes have been incorporated into the curriculum.
The course is for pre-school teaching. Through this program you will learn the planning and implementation of early childhood curriculum & how to work with children with special needs. The program will also equip you with the know-how of running a pre-primary school on your own. However, the scope is relatively subjective term and would largely depend on your own capabilities and performance on the program.
