For an RJ you don;t need good looks or height etc unless you also want to foray into anchoring in future.To become an RJ you can do any short term course where you would be taught elements of voicing, writing for radio, technology of FM stations, radio programming and many more things.If you are keen , you can log in to www.ifti.in where we have an RJ course.
